About Brien Law Group P.L.

Our President Joseph Brien was born in Brace bridge, Ontario, Canada in 1963. He earned a B.S. in Finance, from Florida Atlantic University in 1988, a Juris Doctorate degree from the Nova Southeastern University in 1992. While at the Nova Southeastern, he was awarded the distinguished Leo Goodwin Scholar award. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1992 and is currently a member in good standing.

Prior to establishing Brien Law Group P. L. Joseph Brien worked in South Florida at Glantz & Glantz, P.A. where he focused on consumer law, debtor rights, bankruptcy, foreclosures, corporate law and mergers and acquisitions. His unique blend of experience drives the corporate focus of The Brien Law Group P. L. to become the preeminent resource for distressed Florida homeowners seeking a foreclosure defense, mortgage modification and bankruptcy law.

Area of Practice:
